It was my first experience in 1997 of writing a book (Recipes Delight) on a subject I love the most that is cooking. It was the whole hearted support of my near and dear ones and the passion for cooking that led me to complete the book. I sincerely thank all my readers for their overwhelming response and encouragement over the past few years which has led me to Prepare this website on recipes. I hope my readers will enjoy browsing through the same as well.
All the recipes covered have been based on my personal experience in cooking of around 30-35 years and the extensive travel I have undertaken so far domestically and worldwide.

I have included a variety of Indian and Chinese recipes in vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food items. Of course I shall keep updating the contents periodically to include new recipes from different parts of the world.

It is very well known fact that in our daily routines food has a special priority and it is my endeavor to make it as delicious and tasty as possible. I also have made an effort to satisfy everyone in the family by offering recipes which will suit individual tastes.

The contents of this website are extensive on various recipes of soups, snacks, sweets, vegetables, pickles, chutneys, main courses, rice preparations, breads etc. In India we have a lot of variety of rice preparations and Indian bread preparations; I have tried to cover maximum number of such variety in this presentation.

There are many architects who have contributed in realising this dream come true. Most important of all are my mother and mother-in-law from whom I have learnt the most in my cooking. I can not forget my family who helped me a lot in achieving this in prescribed schedule.
