AUTHOR’S PROFILE

Mrs. Shruti Goswami is an alumnus of Renuka Swaroop Memorial Girls high school, Pune. All through her schooling she stood first in all standards and earned National Talent Scholarship based on the results of her SSC exams.

She pursued further her education in the science faculty from Garware College, Pune and Completed her bachelors degree in science and part one of her Masters.

She has excelled in sports as well and represented state of Maharashtra in Soft Ball for National tournaments.

She has successfully completed computer courses in programming and system analysis with distinction. She has also completed her course in international marketing held by Maratha chamber of Commerce and Industry, Pune.

Cooking is her passion and she has mastered various kinds of recipes based on her experience of traveling extensively domestically and worldwide. She has spent a lot of her time with the elders in the family to learn their way of cooking and different recipes used by them. It is this pursuant desire and love for cooking that made her write her own book on recipes, which was published first in 1997. She received an overwhelming response and encouragement from the readers for this book and hence she decided to take it further and put it on a website.
